1. 30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of the approval status
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees (if applicable in special cases) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse
